Producer and pro-skier Frank Beddor’s gated multi-home property in the star-studded Oaks region of the Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles has come up for sale for $6.495 million.

The compound was actually a luxury rental from October 2015 through January 2016 that was available for $17,000 per month. The price of the rental isn’t a surprise when considering the beauty of the main house. The contemporary craftsman boasts features like wide plank Brazilian walnut floors, oversized windows, and an all-white and stainless steel kitchen.

Beddor’s mini-compound is made up of five contiguous parcels that, all together, stretches to about 2 acres in total. The whole plot includes a few other homes, such as a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom residence and another 1,381-square-foot house.

The new owner’s neighbor is none other than Brad Pitt, who happens to be one of the sellers Beddor scooped up a few of the parcels from in 2001.
