New York Knicks power forward Kristaps Porzingis has snatched up three luxury apartments in the 71-story tower, Sky, located on West 42nd Street in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of New York City.

Porzingis himself took over an $8,000-per-month corner penthouse and rented the other two apartments for his brothers.

The Latvian-born Porzingis might have thought having a NBA regulation-sized basketball court was worth taking the plunge into the newer building, but other amenities such as both indoor and outdoor pools, a billiards room, and private green space might have sealed the deal for the 2015 fourth-overall pick.

Sky is the largest rental building in New York City, and the luxury apartments that Porzingis is renting are part of 83 new apartments in the building that go by the name Vue. These ultra-upgraded rentals come with Miele appliances, walnut floors, quartz counters, and other modern luxuries.
