It’s in with the new and out with the old for former Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria. In May, she tied the knot with José “Pepe” Bastón, the president of Latin America’s largest media company, Televisa. Now the actress and her new husband have listed Longoria’s 1924 Mediterranean villa in the foothills above Hollywood for a reported $1,395,000.

Longoria spent $1,150,000 on the Italian-style home in 2005, prior to her ill-fated marriage to Spurs star Tony Parker. Its 2,011 square feet include three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a steep, flagstone staircase leading from the wrought-iron front gate to a large front porch with a triad of arched French doors. Inside, guests are met by a two-story foyer with curved stairs and a beamed soffit ceiling.

Polished floors and a coved ceiling mark the ample living room, while the dining area sits inside a curved bay with six ceiling-height windows. The galley kitchen includes an eight-burner stove with an industrial range hood, black granite counters and backsplashes as well as designer stainless appliances.

The master bedroom upstairs opens onto an enormous, covered sleeping porch, while the bathroom includes a frameless shower and tiled walls.

Longoria, whose worth has been reported at around $35 million, also owns two other properties in the Los Angeles area, as well as a 3,342-square-foot property in the suburbs of San Antonio where her charity organization, Eva’s Heroes, is stationed. The L.A. homes include an 8,603-square-foot home in Hollywood Dell and an enormous multi-residence compound in Hollywood Hills purchased last year from Tom Cruise for $11.4 million.
