“Queer as Folk” star Hal Sparks recently unloaded his Venice, California, home for $1.663 million, which is a little more than double what he scooped the property up for 13 years ago.
The 1946-built house measures in at 2,060 square feet and holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sitting behind a privacy wall, the red-painted house boasts a covered porch, a covered pavilion, and a detached workshop that includes a three-quarter bathroom.
Sparks only paid $775,000 for the home back in 2003, and he’s since made it his own. Inside there are light hardwood floors, an eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast nook, arched doorways, and a fireplace in the master bedroom.
His most recent recurring role is as Donald Davenport on “Lab Rats” and “Lab Rats: Elite Force,” a popular series on the children’s channel Disney XD.
