Pop idol on the rise Charlie Puth purchased a 4,350-square-foot estate in the Hollywood Hills this past December. However, in July, the former YouTube star changed his mind and listed the property for $2.2 million and has since re-listed the home for $2.1 million.

The six-bedroom Italian-style villa is situated on a 6,303-acre parcel and comes with a saltwater pool and spa. It’s reported that Puth is looking for a plot with a bit more open space in the backyard.

Puth’s home was built in 1958 and boasts features like hardwood flooring throughout, a large living room with vaulted ceilings, and marble tiles and additional accents that were brought in from Bologna, Tuscany, and Verona.

The kitchen is also updated with a bevy of modern stainless steel appliances. Yet, with incredible views of downtown Los Angeles, it’s likely that the new owner will spend his or her time enjoying the LA skyline.
