According to recent listings, multi-hyphenate Hollywood power couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson are selling their side-by-side estates in the coastal neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, with a combined asking price of $18 million.

The first home, a Spanish villa, is listed at $8.75 million, while the much larger English Traditional is asking a cool $9.25 million.

The 4,000-square-foot Spanish two-story is ripe with Old World charms like original tile, fixtures and ironwork from the home’s 1933 construction. It includes three fireplaces, an in-wall wet bar with wine storage and exposed beam ceilings. Among the living spaces are a wood-paneled dining room, a front living room with bay window seating and a second, step-down living room with backyard views, a den with custom built-in shelves, not to mention the four bedrooms and four-and-half baths. The hedged backyard includes a tiled fountain and a number of sitting areas.

The English Traditional, built in 1957, includes 7,300 square feet of interior space, with a screening room, a large game room, formal living and dining areas, seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths. In the master suite, you’ll find his and hers bathrooms, wall-to-wall carpet and a bay window, while the kitchen includes green granite countertops and a large curved island with bar seating. It opens into an informal dining area with patio access through French doors.

Hanks, who was named America’s favorite movie star for the fifth time this year, according to a Harris Poll, is known for movies like Saving Private Ryan, Cast Away, Forrest Gump and Philadelphia—the latter two of which earned him Academy Awards for best lead actor.

Wilson, who co-starred with Hanks in 1993’s Sleepless in Seattle was also the producer for My Big Fat Greek Wedding and its sequel, released earlier this year.
