The heiress to Firestone Tire and Rubber Co., Mary Firestone, has just unloaded her Pacific Palisades, California, home for $3.79 million.

Firestone is an actress and the great-granddaughter of Harvey S. Firestone, the founder of Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. It looks like she knows a thing or two about real estate herself as she sold her home for $325,000 over the asking price.

Set in the exclusive Los Angeles-area neighborhood near Malibu, Firestone’s former two-story traditional home was built in 1952 and has since been updated with timeless features like built-in nooks and bookshelves, white-painted beams, and original alder floors.

Interior designer Jeffrey Alan Marks spearheaded the internal restyling with a country-style kitchen complete with a powder-blue island and a matching breakfast table.

At 3,322 square feet, there’s plenty of open space with formal living and dining rooms, a family room, four bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. The master suite also sports a separate sitting room right outside.

Firestone can be seen in “Little Black Book” and “National Treasure: Book of Secrets,” and she’s most recently appeared in “Accidental Love” aside Jessica Biel, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Tracy Morgan.
