The star of CW’s hit show “Vampire Diaries” Paul Wesley has just unloaded his Los Angeles home for $2.3 million.
Wesley’s Studio City home was so popular that it was under contract just three days after it landed on the market. Designed by Jay Vanos, it’s no surprise that the ultra modern home sold for $55,000 over the asking price and $250,000 more than the actor paid for the home a year ago.
Although Wesley bought the property for $2.05 million last year, it was originally built in 2010. In the past year, the two-story contemporary has been updated and features light bamboo floors, gallery walls, vaulted ceilings, and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass unveiling mountain and city views.
The 3,240-square-foot four-bedroom, five-bath home was constructed with open living and dining rooms leading to a chef’s kitchen with brand new cabinetry, an office, and a library/den area. Wesley’s former master suite is also luxurious with a fireplace and remote-controlled blinds.
Outside, the new owner will enjoy plenty of space for outdoor entertaining with multiple decks, a stone fountain imported from Asia, and a private hiking trail.
Wesley has also appeared on “Everwood,” “24,” and “Army Wives” and will star in Kevin Pollak’s upcoming comedy, “The Late Bloomer.”
