Latin Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Ana Bárbara recently dropped $1.87 million to snap up a home in the Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The two-story, 2,600-square-foot house is secure with privacy walls and mature trees and features a design meant for indoor-outdoor entertaining complete with a spacious deck with a fire pit and outdoor dining area.

Looking at the home itself, it boasts a contemporary vibe with modern fixtures, French ash floors, gallery walls, and a decked-out chef’s kitchen with Bauformat cabinetry and Vetrazzo countertops.

Bárbara’s new digs hold three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and a glass-enclosed shower.

Former owners of Bárbara’s new house include actor Cary Grant’s fifth wife Barbara Harris and former All-American quarterback at Kansas, David Jaynes.
