“My Life on the D-List” comedienne Kathy Griffin sure won’t be living like a D-lister now that she’s got herself a new $10.5 million Bel Air mansion.

According to reports, the comic—who can be seen annually hosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve coverage alongside Anderson Cooper—paid cash for the pricey contemporary Mediterranean.

Featuring 13,377 square feet of space, eight bedrooms (including one for staff) and twelve bathrooms, the mammoth estate sits right next to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s home in the exclusive Bel-Air Crest neighborhood, but Griffin likely won’t have a chance to become too neighborly with the Wests. She’s currently on a marathon stand-up tour of flyover America, while Kardashian and West are rumored to be shopping their home off-market.

Griffin’s home includes two above-ground floors and a below-ground level with entertainment complex and four-car garage. A giant skylit foyer features a modern chandelier and a staircase with hand-wrought iron railings. Both the formal and informal living rooms include fireplaces, and the home also doubles up on dining spaces, with a formal dining room flanking the foyer, while an informal dining area sits off the double-island kitchen. Other amenities include a butler’s pantry, a library with built-in bookshelves, a private terrace overlooking the backyard, a game room that includes a full wet bar, a wine room, a dedicated laundry room and a tiered screening room. The backyard includes a loggia with a built-in grill, an infinity pool with spa, an arbor and unimpeded canyon and mountain views.

Griffin’s current stand-up travels are being billed as the “Like a Boss” tour. Now the fiery Groundlings alum has a home befitting of the title.
