According to property records, renowned producer and writer Carlton Cuse recently dropped $4.1 million for a decked-out condo in a newly renovated building in the Flatiron District in New York City.

Marketing materials depict the condo located in mid-Manhattan as located on a lower floor of the 24-story building that was built in 1915 and was just redone by famous architect and designer Alan Wanzenberg.

The 1,690-square-foot building features two separated ensuite bedrooms and a total of 2.5 bathrooms with an open floor plan that moves from living to dining to kitchen spaces seamlessly. The space also boasts wide-plank oak floorboards, 11-foot ceilings, and a pair of south-facing windows that let in an abundance of natural light.

Amenities of the building include full-time concierge service and doormen, a courtyard garden, a private gym with gender-specific locker rooms, a 60-foot indoor lap pool, spa, and yoga and Pilates studios.

Cuse, who grew to fame for his role as a writer and producer for the popular TV show “Lost,” now serves as the showrunner and lead writer for the well-received FX series “Bates Motel.” He also still owns a 6,267-square-foot home hidden away in the hills south of Sherman Oaks, California, that he purchased in the 1980s.
