“All About that Bass” singer Meghan Trainor is all about that living space. The Grammy-winning star has just purchased a Los Angeles-area home for $4.9 million.
Trainor purchased the Toluca Lake home in an off-market deal, which is no surprise since the home once belonged to fellow stars Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green. In fact, it actually first belonged to Bing Crosby, so it’s clear the house has plenty of star appeal.
The Singer-songwriter’s new single-story home is set on one acre and was recently renovated by Todd DeMann and David Kramer of Paradigm Developers. The unique home sports a modern farmhouse look complete with a white exterior and a metal-clad roof.
The 6,700-square foot home holds four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and accents like wrought-iron chandeliers, wide-plank wood floors, and lightly painted beams add luxury appeal throughout.
Trainor will also surely enjoy the lush grounds with century-old oaks, olive trees, a guest house, and a swimming pool with a spa.
