Russ Weiner, the creator of Rockstar Energy Drink, has just purchased an impressive new Miami beach manse for $19.95 million, and it’s truly fit for a rockstar.

Located on North Bay Road in Florida’s Miami Beach, the property sports 164 feet of water frontage along Biscayne Bay. Weiner seems to have gotten a good deal on the home since it was originally listed for roughly $10 million more when first put on the market in 2013.

The 2013-built home stretches to more than 9,400 square feet and holds seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The energy drink entrepreneur will surely enjoy large patios, a rooftop terrace, a wine cellar, landscaped gardens, and incredible views of the bay.

Weiner also owns a waterfront home in Delray Beach that he bought in 2009 for $11.6 million.
