Author, actress and granddaughter of Ernest, Mariel Hemingway, is looking to sell her Calabasas-area ranch for $1.95 million.

Known for her Oscar-nominated turn as Tracy, the 17-year-old love interest of Woody Allen’s Isaac Davis character in Manhattan, Hemingway and her partner Bobby Williams have lived in the home since 2013, turning the place into a veritable health spa.

An outdoor gym, pool, climbing wall and trampoline mean the new owner won’t have to look far for things to do, and the property even includes a garden, fruit trees, a teepee with a fire pit and a chicken coop, all on a property lush with native plants.

The house itself has plenty of sliding doors for true indoor-outdoor living, with a gorgeous view of the Santa Monica mountains and a veranda surrounding the exterior. Inside, there are three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and beamed ceilings dating to the 1950s construction.
