David Copperfield has made a career out of disappearing giant things, so it should come as no surprise that he’s just made the most expensive home in Las Vegas vanish from the market. For a cool $17.6 million, the illusionist gets his own movie theater and night club. And roof deck. And below-ground garage.

He also gets a gym, a wine cellar, a movie theater, a golf simulator, guest quarters, an infinity pool—you get the point.

The seller, healthcare executive Kevin Hooks, had planned to hold on to the house a little longer but was enticed by Copperfield’s real estate agent to show the mansion to the magician and his fiancée, French model Chloe Gosselin.

The estate, which spans 31,000 square feet and includes about 1.6 acres of property, belongs to a gated community in the Summerlin neighborhood and includes eight bedrooms and nine baths over its four stories.

The home is only a half-hour drive from the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, where Copperfield is in residence. He reportedly took in a tidy $64 million last year.

Copperfield’s net worth reportedly stood at $800 million in 2013, and that’s no illusion.
