Actor Kevin Nealon of “Saturday Night Live” fame has just listed his Los Angeles home for $5,299,999.
The funnyman’s property is located in the Elm Medio Bluffs area of the Pacific Palisades and spans more than 5,200 square feet. Nealon purchased the home for $3.45 million six years ago, and even though it has a Georgian Traditional style, the 2009-built house is perfectly modern.
Unique accents like French casement windows and a black-colored front door topped with a half-round transom give the home its Traditional aesthetic. There’s plenty of character inside, too, with white oak floors, decorative coffered and tray ceilings, triple-crown molding, and a skylight-topped staircase.
In addition to the seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the floor plan includes a formal dining room, a living room with a fireplace, an office/den, and a kitchen with an impressive 12-foot island and an oversized butler’s pantry.
The 62-year-old comedian starred on SNL in the 1980s and 90s and later went on to appear in the television show “Weeds” and a few movies.
