The Italian villa-style Thousand Oaks home of Britney Spears can now be yours for $7.995 million, down a million bucks from its previous asking price. The teen idol-turned-Vegas heavyweight bought the home in 2012 from former NHL player Russ Courtnall and wife Paris Vaughan for an undisclosed price, but the sheer size of the house makes the $8 million price tag seem like a steal.

The house features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms over 8,500 square feet, and it’s all spread over a single story, which gives the home an imposing street figure. The property itself is a little over an acre in the Santa Monica Mountains’ Lake Sherwood community.

Other amenities include a home theater, two offices, a seven-car garage, a game room and a pool with criss-crossing fountains, waterfall and beach entry.

Spears won’t be going far: last year she bought another home in Thousand Oaks—this one nearly 13,000 square feet—for $7.1 million.
