After a very successful first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, former Heisman Trophy-winner Jameis Winston has settled into his new digs in Odessa, Florida.
The reigning Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year dropped $1.2 million for a 5,400-square-foot five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Mediterranean-style home.
Winston’s new house features amenities fit for a first-overall draft pick, including beautiful wrought iron railings and fixtures, a media room with stadium seating and a projection screen, a game room with a wet bar and an outdoor entertaining area with a pool and full kitchen.
The property also comes with access to Lake Keystone, even though it isn’t directly on the water.
Winston is entering his second season with the Bucs after signing a four-year, $23.35-million contract last year.
