Following Bose’s choice to add Bluetooth wireless to its noise-cancellation headphones, Sennheiser has also added the tech to its pair of PXC 550 Wireless headphones.
Sennheiser’s new technology not only sports Bluetooth capabilities, but the device also features 3o hours of battery power on a single charge. Although the brand’s previous headliner, the PXC 450, did well, the PXC 550 Wireless headphones will offer some advancements to the tech crafted for the business traveler.
The new headphones are designed to be able to “travel from London to Hong Kong and back on a single charge” after a 3-hour charging time. However, with the NoiseGard hybrid adaptive noise cancellation circuitry in use, that battery life may be reduced.
Users will enjoy high-end sound production with the four presets available, and the experience can be increased thanks to the mobile app, CapTune. In addition to good sound, Sennheiser’s headphones offer supreme comfort thanks to ear-shaped ergonomics, and they can be folded flat for easy travel.
Interested buyers can pick up the Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless headphones for $399 later this month.
