The passionate and talented maestro of the world renowned Los Angeles Philharmonic has just put his Mediterranean home on the market for $3.3 million.

Gustavo Dudamel’s Los Feliz-neighborhood L.A. home spans 3,600 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Venezuelan-born musician bought the 1923-built Four Square Meditteranean villa in January 2015 for $2.775 million.

The impressive home has recently undergone an extensive upgrade and restoration by SIMO Design, which included the expansion of the kitchen and master bedroom, in addition to the installation of a small swimming pool.

Special features inside include fifteen-pane glass pocket doors, integrated wood storage cubbies, wood-trimmed French doors, a large butler’s pantry, and a stone balustraded porch stretching the length of the front of the house.

In addition to the swimming pool in the backyard, it also holds a large deck, an al fresco dining space under a pergola, a lounge area with a built-in fire pit, and a vine-covered, detached two-car garage.

Although Dudamel and his wife recently separated, it appears that the two still co-own another L.A. home in the Los Feliz area that they purchased for $1.85 million back in May of 2011.
