Ball Watch not only celebrates its 125th anniversary in 2016, but it also reveals its first in-house mechanical movement, dubbed the Caliber RRM1101, in its Ball Trainmaster Manufacture at the recent JCK Watch and Jewelry expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Founded by Webb C. Ball in 1891, Ball Watch’s 125-year history has culminated in this understated and elegant 40-mm timepiece.

The Trainmaster boasts a simple white dial with gold Arabic numerals at the 12 and 6 o’clock, the date just outside the 3 o’clock mark, and a pair of skinny hands housed inside of an 18K rose gold case. Ball’s new watch also features a sapphire caseback to allow its owner a peek at the movement while it’s at work.

Ball Watch’s Trainmaster Manufacture comes attached to a crocodile leather strap with a matching 18K rose gold buckle. Ball will also only create a fitting 125 examples of the limited-edition timepiece.
