Just six months after slashing the asking price of his Park Imperial apartment by $100,000, rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs has cut the listing price again of his home again, bringing it down to $6.5 million.
Diddy had asked $6.995 million for his soon-to-be former pad back in January of this year, but without any movement since then, he has slashed nearly $500,000 off the price this time around. Originally, Combs had listed the home for $8.5 million in 2012.
Combs purchased the home for $3.82 million back in 2005.
The 66th-floor apartment originally had 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, but Combs quickly changed one of the bedrooms to a media room and renovated one of the bathrooms to be a wet bar. Aside from those semi-new amenities, the 2,300-square-foot property also boasts radiant heated flooring in the bathrooms and seven-foot wide plank solid wood floors throughout the apartment.
Diddy isn’t the only celebrity who has had trouble offloading their pad at the Park Imperial. It took “Law & Order: SVU” star Christopher Meloni three years to unload his unit before it sold last fall.
