“Everybody Loves Raymond” namesake and star Ray Romano has just unloaded his modest Woodland Hills, California, home for a little more than $1 million.

Built in 1997 and nestled in the gated community of Penfield Estates, Romano listed the home in March with a $979,500 asking price. The single-story home stretches across 2,700 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It’s relatively modest for a tinseltowner, but it does have quite a few amenities like an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and hardwood floors. Additionally, the backyard is perfect for entertaining with a barbecue area, a fire pit, a pool and spa, a waterfall, and a covered patio leading to the master suite.

The actor started as a standup comic and went on to win three Emmys for his work in “Everybody Loves Raymond.” He was also a co-star on HBO’s “Vinyl” before the show was just canceled. Romano also owns homes in Malibu and the San Fernando Valley.
