Professional basketball coach Erik Spoelstra has just shelled out $2.6 million for a historic Coconut Grove, Florida, home.

In addition to the Miami Heat head coach’s big purchase, Spoelstra is making another big move with his upcoming wedding to longtime girlfriend and former Heat Dancer Nikki Sapp this July. The pair publically announced their engagement last September.

The coach and his soon-to-be wife’s new home spans 4,294 square feet and holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It’s also privately located amidst lush tropical gardens complete with large oaks and winding pathways.

The estate is impressive, too, having been fully renovated, and there’s also a guest cottage on the grounds. The house was built back in 1937 and was last sold in 2014 for $2.375 million.
