Controversial actor Charlie Sheen has just sold one of his Los Angeles mansions for $5.4 million.

The “Two and a Half Men” star who recently announced his status as HIV positive has been working to unload some properties recently. This sale is actually the second of his three multi-million dollar homes located in the Mulholland Estates enclave.

Nestled against the mountains between Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills, the 6,625-square-foot split-level home holds five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. With a warm and inviting Spanish-style aesthetic, the new residents will surely enjoy an oversized foyer and a step-down formal living room that’s ringed with carved stone columns.

Additional amenities like french doors, a spacious kitchen, and a screening room complete with a wood-beamed ceiling add luxury to the already impressive home. Outside, there’s a decently sized flat backyard with tile terraces, a built-in grilling station, a fire pit, and a swimming pool and spa.

The once highest paid actor on television has had a difficult few years in recent history with a public meltdown and a public HIV+ diagnosis. However, the new owner will surely enjoy high-profile neighbors like Paris Hilton, Vanna White, Christina Aguilera, and Robbie Williams, just to name a few.
