Real Housewives of Miami star and model Joanna Krupa has just re-listed her condo for $2.5 million. Krupa’s husband Romain Zago, the owner of Mynt Lounge in South Beach, purchased the unit for $1.37 million in 2013.

Krupa and Zago first listed the home back in April of 2014 for $1.975 million. Located at the Four Seasons in Brickell, the townhouse spans 2,139 square feet and holds two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

The unit has been completely remodeled and now sports electric sheer blinds and blackout shades, LED mood lighting, an updated kitchen, and marble flooring. Even more, between the architectural details, custom features, and luxe finishes, it’s one of the most unique properties available on the Miami market.

Of course, a state-of-the-art water filtration system with purified spring water and views of both the city and bay add to the condo’s appeal. In addition to the incredible amenities, residents of the building also enjoy services provided by Four Seasons 24/7.
