Kylie Jenner has had a busy year at just 18 years old. The reality TV personality has bought her first home, started a cosmetics line, and is now moving up in the real estate market again.

Jenner has just listed her impressive Los Angeles mansion for $3.9 million after purchasing the home for $2.695 million back in January of 2015. Fans of the show will recognize the newly listed property as the Calabasas home the star searched for on her popular TV show.

The “starter mansion” sports a neutral color palette similar to Jenner’s own style and holds five bedrooms. With subtle beiges and tans, the kitchen really stands out with stark black cabinets and sleek white countertops and walls.

Of course, there is a bit of youthful flair, too, as one of the bathrooms features black-and-white skull wallpaper and a spiky gold mirror. The master suite is also luxe with a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with a black clawfoot tub, and a closet exclusively for shoes and purses.

Jenner purchased her new Hidden Hills mansion last month for $6 million, and it is conveniently located near half-sister Kim and her outspoken husband, Kanye West.
