The home formerly owned by singer, songwriter, and musician Scott Stapp has just been rented for $50,000 a month as part of a year-long lease.
The Creed singer had once called the impressive Miami Beach mansion home, as did an unknown Budweiser executive.
The luxe Mediterranean-style mansion located at 5396 North Bay Road spans 7,000 square feet and holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Although few details are known about the high-end home, features of the estate include two pools, a Tesla charger, and a private dock.
Stapp worked as the lead vocalist and lyricist for Creed and Art of Anarchy. He won a Grammy for Creed’s song “With Arms Wide Open” and later went on to start a charity for underprivileged children and their families under the same name.
