Rosenbloom’s seaside Malibu house is a mansard-roofed faux-chateau that was designed by architect Edward H. Fickett. Set on three waterfront parcels, the lot spans an acre with more than 120 feet of beach frontage.

The 8,000-square-foot home stretches across three stories and is equipped with an elevator, oversized living and dining rooms, and an impressive wood-paneled family room that’s referred to as a “saloon.”
