Superstar musician and producer Pharrell Williams has finally offloaded his penthouse in the Bristol Tower of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood for $9.25 million after first placing it on the market in 2012 for $16.8 million.
Williams originally purchased the triplex penthouse for $12.525 million in 2007, but with his role as a judge and coach on NBC’s “The Voice,” the artist’s time was needed on the West Coast.
The 9,000-plus-square-foot penthouse features 360-degree views of the ocean and Miami itself, in addition to impressive 30-foot ceilings in the large circular living room.
The five-bedroom triplex also includes a billiards room, a gym, and a mezzanine under the dome ceiling. It also boasts three levels of decks and terraces, including a private pool and barbecue area.
While the buyer has declined to be named, it is known that he is a businessman from New Jersey who is relocating to Miami and plans to use the home as his primary residence.
