Ben Stiller’s name can now be added to the list of star-studded residents at 150 Charles Street. The West Side condo building already includes big-name residents like Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk and rocker Jon Bon Jovi.

Stiller and his wife, actress and fellow “Zoolander” star Christine Taylor, dropped $15.31 million for a 3,395-square-foot unit in the building that holds 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The apartment also features a library, a kitchen with Alabama white vein marble countertops with an eat-in island, a 78-bottle wine fridge, and views of the Hudson River and NYC skyline.

Stiller and Taylor purchased the house under the same trust the couple used to pick up the Upper West Side space they’ve since sold, despite taking a $1-million loss on the duplex.
