How you doin’? Actor Matt LeBlanc, best known as Joey from “Friends,” seems to be doing pretty well as he’s just listed his impressive Pacific Palisades home for $8.75 million.

LeBlanc’s luxurious 1930s Spanish-style estate is set on a half-acre plot of lush land with plenty of trees and greenery. Although there isn’t a pool in the yard, residents will surely enjoy the hot tub on cool California nights.

The 3,930-square-foot Los Angeles-area home sports striking views of the surrounding city and luxurious features throughout the interior. Although many specifics haven’t been revealed, details like a bold tiled entryway, hardwood floors, and beamed ceilings give the home a personality of its own.

Additionally, the four bedrooms are accompanied by an especially luxurious bathroom complete with a vintage sink and tub. The kitchen has also recently been remodeled.
