On the heels of a big promotion, Dirk Koetter has put his Tampa, Florida, home on the market for $2.15 million. It appears that the NFL coach might be looking to upgrade his real estate holdings as well.

Koetter just ended a short but successful run as the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he’s now slated to begin his new job as head coach for the same team, complete with a five-year contract.

The coach’s five-bedroom Mediterranean-style home sports a modern and clean aesthetic inside and out, fitting right in with the surrounding Florida landscape.

Decorated with a light and airy color palette, several structural elements like custom light fixtures, wrought-iron staircases, and tray ceilings give the quietly luxurious home some serious style. The expansive chef’s kitchen exhibits that same luxe look, too, with high-end appliances, plenty of storage, and an 11 by 7-foot Statuary marble center island.

Additionally, after long days on the field, Koetter would surely find some relaxation in the luxurious master suite that holds a walk-in closet, a large bathroom, and a fireplace.

Koetter was recently promoted after just a year with the team and has replaced Lovie Smith as the team’s fourth head coach in eight years.
