The luxurious Hollywood Regency home of Paul McKenna is now available to rent for $48,750 a month. The British hypnotist and TV personality’s home is located high above L.A.’s Sunset Strip on a slender plateau that offers incredible views of the city below.

You might recognize McKenna as the personality who hypnotized Ellen DeGeneres on her show to help her quit smoking. He also hosted his own talk show, “McKenna,” in 2014 and 2015. Before then, he purchased the impressive Hollywood home back in 2007 for $6.6 million from fellow tinseltowner Chris Roberts.

Recently, the home was reportedly rented to 24-year-old One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson so he could be closer to his ex Briana Jungwirth and their newborn baby.

Set on 1.47 acres not far from Sunset Boulevard, the 4,529-square-foot home holds four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home is decorated with a mixed color palette of light and dark and sports unique features like tall sets of French doors, a terrazzo floor, a carved stone fireplace, and a sleek bar set into a mirror-paneled recess.

Of course, other features wow too like a screening room that can be converted to a fifth bedroom, a mirror-walled fitness room, a mosaic-tiled swimming pool out back, and a private guesthouse with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and a private gravel patio.

McKenna’s home had once belonged to the late British film and TV director Harry Falk back in the 1970s, who then went on to rent the estate to David Geffen and Mick Jagger.
