Natalie Morales, news anchor on NBC’s “Today,” has listed her brownstone house in Hoboken, New Jersey, just five minutes from the Hudson River for $3.1 million.
The 3,600-square-foot, four-story home was originally built in 1901, but in 2008 it underwent a comprehensive renovation. The brownstone has plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3 living rooms.
The property also boasts a 600-square-foot garden patio, a carved staircase with a mahogany handrail, and 3 slate fireplaces throughout the house.
Morales is leaving her Garden State home close to NBC’s New York studios to become the West Coast anchor for “Today,” a role created to offer entertainment and other coverage from Hollywood and The Golden State. Morales will also serve as the host of “Access Hollywood Live” and “Access Hollywood.”
