Custom supercar maker Mazzanti Automobili has developed an awesome update, and the new Evantra Millecavalli is now considered one of the most powerful street-legal Italian cars.

Even though the vehicle has only been on the market two years, Mazzanti is committed to the evolution of its incredible vehicles. Since customers will need to fork over $1.2 million for the 2017 Mazzanti, this kind of commitment to craftsmanship is key to continued customer support.

The founder and company owner, Luca Mazzanti, unveiled this new supercar update at the Salone Auto Torino, and it certainly made waves with its 7.2 L V8 bi-turbo engine that’s capable of 1000 horses sent directly to the rear wheels.

A specically developed six-speed sequential gearbox allows the vehicle to zoom from zero to 62 in just 2.7 seconds, and it can reach a top speed of 250 mph. Carbon ceramic brakes help control the powerful car and can even slow the Evantra Millecavalli from 186 mph to a stop in just seven seconds.

“I strongly believe that a car manufacturer shouldn’t be completely satisfied by the results just achieved, always aiming at perfecting them all the time,” said Mazzanti. “The passion, the enthusiasm and the excellent competences of my team and mine, permitted us to complete this goal partly paid-off by the first three ‘Millecavalli-clients’ which commissioned their hypercars already during the pure planning phase.”
