Retired NBA Center Theo Ratliff Asking $5.2M for Palatial Atlanta Estate

Retired NBA center Theo Ratliff has listed his luxurious Atlanta property. The journeyman pro who played in the Association for 16 seasons is hoping to receive at least $5.2 million for the impressive estate.

Set amidst lush, tree-filled grounds, the 14,000-square-foot columned estate welcomes guests with a gated entry and a winding driveway.

It’s believed that Ratliff made roughly $100 million over the course of his career, so it should come as no surprise that his home is regal and palatial with stone and wood floors, soaring ceilings, and ultra-opulent stylings.

In fact, everything in the home appears grand and even oversized, which shouldn’t be an issue since Ratliff reaches nearly 7 feet tall. Several of the home’s rooms are quite expansive like the two-story foyer with an intricately designed staircase, the Egyptian-themed theater room, the Moroccan-themed tented sitting room, and the two-level “gentleman’s room.”

Additional features include a wet bar, a wine cellar, guest quarters, and a gym complete with a spa. The outdoors are also luxurious with a grand terrace, a heated saltwater pool complete with a waterfall, and, of course, a basketball court.
