Louis Vuitton might be best known for its luggage and handbags, but the luxury brand is also quite skilled at crafting luxe timepieces. Now the iconic brand has combined two of its most successful watches to create the Escale Spin Time.
Known for breaking from tradition, LV introduced the Tambour Spin Time GMT back in 2010, and the watch tells time through a rotating cube on the dial. The brand also found success with the creation of Escale in 2014, which features a hand-painted dial inspired by the company’s famous trunks.
Now LV has created an all-new timepiece that’s a blend of both the Escale and the Spin watches. The new piece sports an hour display like the one seen in Spin that’s set into Escale’s bold dial and case.
Wearers will surely enjoy the bright and colorful flags that mark the 12 rotating cubes. Because of the unique combination of two well-received watches, owners will wear a timepiece whose face changes with each hour.
LV’s 41mm Escale Spin Time is finished with a gray alligator strap, an automatic Calibre LV77 movement, and a 42-hour power reserve.
