Actress and singer Mandy Moore just listed her Los Angeles home. After nearly six years of marriage, Moore and her singer/songwriter husband, Ryan Adams, are divorcing and hoping to get $3.199 million for their luxurious home.

Moore and Adams’ home is located in Los Feliz, California, and holds five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The Mediterranean-style estate is conveniently set on a private street in the high-end Oaks neighborhood among other celebrity home owners.

The singer famous for her 1999 hit “Candy” purchased the home for $1.725 million in 2002 before her marriage, and Adams later joined her there. He surely wasn’t too disappointed since the 1927-built home features the original staircase, wood floors, a terraced backyard, and a luxe kitchen with a butcher-block-topped island and a walk-in pantry.
