GoPro has become the household name for compact action cameras in recent years, but competitors are debuting new and improved products all the time.

VideoStitch might give GoPro a reason to worry with its new Orah 4i camera, an easy-to-use camera that captures 360-degree video in 4K, and with its real-time auto-stitch feature, users can live-stream VR-quality video.

With VideoStitch’s simple plug-and-play functionality, users can plug in one cord and focus on creating content rather than worrying about connections and other technical facets of the production process that can get in the way of on-the-fly shoots.

The Orah 4i utilizes four Sony Exmor sensors to capture footage taken in through four small fish-eye f/2.0 lenses, simultaneously recording the audio surrounding the camera via four tiny microphones.

Right now is the time to jump on the Orah 4i if you have an interest in VR video. The eventual MSRP will be $3,595, but the pre-order price is currently at $1,995 for the game-changing device.
