British racing legend Nigel Mansell is looking to move on from his Belleview Island home in Florida’s Gulf Coast and has listed the waterfront estate for $4.35 million.

The 6,136-square-foot home is located in the city of Belleair, Florida, and holds 4 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The roughly 1-acre estate is situated in a 31-home gated community overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Mansell purchased the home for $3.3 million in 2013, and he didn’t sit idle in his short tenure as its owner. The 31-time Formula One race winner painted all of the bathrooms white, installed windows and French doors to better accommodate the waterfront views, had a heated pool and spa put in, and added a deep-water dock with boat lifts for a large boat.

Other amenities of the home include marble and wood floors, crown molding, custom cherry cabinets and granite counters in the chef’s kitchen, and crystal chandeliers.

Mansell’s family home is located in the United Kingdom’s Channel Islands, and it was perhaps the long commute to the vacation home that put a damper on things for Mansell and his family.
