Food Network star chef and restaurateur Bobby Flay has sliced the asking price for his Manhattan duplex from $8 million to around $7 million.

The Iron Chef’s 3,256-square-foot New York apartment is located in the Chelsea neighborhood and holds three bedrooms across its two levels, with each floor having its own private entrance. Flay’s duplex also boasts an open living-dining room, an entertainment space with a zinc-top bar, and of course, a chef’s kitchen complete with an enormous walk-in pantry.

The duplex takes up apartments from the eighth and ninth floors. Flay kept the apartment as part of his divorce from actress Stephanie March in 2015, and the apartment is also available to rent for $22,500 a month, available immediately.

Flay has been one of the Food Network’s golden boys for many years now, appearing on a bevy of shows like “Iron Chef America,” “Beat Bobby Flay,” and as one of the celebrity judges for the popular series “Food Network Star.”
