The Michigan mansion of Toys “R” Us CEO Dave Brandon is now on the market. Brandon’s Ann Arbor estate is modern and stylish and is now available for $6.95 million.
Located in the artsy college town of Ann Arbor near the University of Michigan, the home spans 10,000 square feet set on 4.5 acres and became available last month. It served as Brandon’s home while he worked as the CEO of Domino’s Pizza and as the athletic director of the University of Michigan.
The Brandon family had the home built back in 1998, and the architect referred to the estate as “Ever After,” thanks to inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater in Pennsylvania.
The six-bedroom home holds seven full bathrooms and five half-baths, but it’s the fact that residents can see Barton Pond from every room that makes the estate especially luxurious. Additional amenities include a sunroom, an elevator, multiple terraces, a chef’s kitchen, a wine cellar, an outdoor pool, a theater, and a billiard room.
In addition to the creek that runs through the estate, a luxurious entrance leads to a brick-paved circular driveway, and there’s also a seven-car garage.
