Amidst a $140.1 million legal judgment against his company, British-born Gawker Media co-founder Nick Denton has made his condo in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City available to rent for $15,000 per month.

The judgment against the 2002-created online media company comes from a federal judge in Florida who ruled in favor of Hulk Hogan’s (real name Terry Bollea) complaint after the website posted a video of the former wrestling star having intimate relations with the wife of Hogan’s radio DJ friend Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

Denton is personally responsible for $10 million of said $140.1-million settlement owed to Hulk Hogan (and his lawyers).

Moving on to the apartment, Denton’s SoHo unit holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms and measures in at 2,556 square feet. The condo utilizes the original architectural workings like exposed wood ceiling beams and cast-iron columns fused together with modern finishes to create a perfect blend of old meets new.

Members of the small SoHo building include Hollywood star Samuel L. Jackson, who dropped nearly $4 million for an almost 2,600-square-foot unit in 2010, along with the likes of Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos, who paid $20 million in 2014 for their nearly 10,000-square-foot duplex penthouse.
