The Equity State’s most expensive home is now on the market. Wyoming’s priciest estate is available for $40 million and is perfect for any urban cowboy with interests in cattle raising, gardening, and fly-fishing.

It’s is set on 300 acres in Thayne, Wyoming. The Cakebread Ranch features 4.5 miles of Salt River frontage, an organic vegetable garden, hiking and cross-country skiing trails, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a wagyu cattle ranch.

Additionally, the $40-million price tag includes all of the estate’s impressive furnishings and contemporary artwork. It was actually built as a hobby over six years and created such a stir that even the ultra-luxurious Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole offers guests private fly-fishing trips at the grounds.

The estate’s copper-roofed, 6,000-square-foot main home only holds three bedrooms, but that’s because it includes a bevy of other amenities like an office, a gym, and a luxe kitchen complete with marble counters, custom cabinets, and a La Cornue oven.
