Michael Jackson’s Talent Manager Sandy Gallin Lists Hamptons Home for $22.5M

Hollywood power broker Sandy Gallin has just reduced the price on his expansive East Hampton, New York, estate. The broker-turned-house-flipper’s 2-acre estate is now available for $22.5 million.

Gallin purchased the home back in 2011 for $5.1 million and quickly proceeded to tear down the existing house in favor of a new 6,500-square-foot vintage-inspired farmhouse.

Even if he made a late career change from talent manager and producer to celebrity contractor and renovator, it should come as no surprise that Gallin’s home is quite spectacular. In fact, the estate is made for entertaining with a gym, a three-car garage, a guest cottage, and a pool house.

Although impressive, Gallin soon looked for a new challenge and listed the estate for $24.5 million last year. In fact it’s listed for $22.5 million, but for $2 million more, a buyer can also keep the art and furnishings inside.

Known for his creative pursuits (and for managing both Dolly Parton and Michael Jackson), Gallin will surely move on quickly to his next project since it’s rumored he’s shopping for other Hamptons properties to flip.
