Professional skateboarder turned MTV host Rob Dyrdek has listed his Los Angeles home. The twenty-one-time “Guinness World Record” setter hasn’t had very much luck on the real estate market before, but he received an offer just two weeks after listing his home.

The Laurel Hills neighborhood home was listed with an asking price of $3.495 million, and it sold for $3.575 million. Built in 1977, the 3,733-square-foot home holds four bedrooms and three baths and has been remodeled with a contemporary style and tons of windows.

Dyrdek purchased the home for $2.5 million back in June 2012, and the star’s home sports Flannel gray limestone tile floors, an open floor plan perfect for entertaining, and a stunning living room complete with a vaulted ceiling.

The centerpiece of the home is probably the spacious living room and adjoining dining area that comes complete with a massive live-edge dining table with ten Eames or Eames-style molded plastic dining chairs. Of course, the U-shaped kitchen and long peninsula counter add versatility and style.

A master suite also wows with shining Brazilian walnut floorboards, a wall of glass sliders, an expansive walk-in closet, and a marble-topped double-sink vanity in the bathroom. The glass sliders lead out to the backyard that holds a pergola-shaped dining patio and swimming pool.

This sale is surely a success for the “Ridiculousness” host who lost more than $334,000 in the sale of his Mount Olympus neighborhood home back in 2012.
