The former home of musician Lenny Kravitz is now available. Fans can share the same digs that Kravitz once inhabited in Miami Beach for the price of $25 million.
Set in a guard-gated community, the four-bedroom, Mediterranean-style home spans 11,270 square feet and features a bevy of amenities befit of its past celebrity owner. In addition to 125 feet of waterfront on Biscayne Bay, the home has a gym, an elevator, and a movie theater.
Kravitz purchased the Sunset Islands manse in 2001 for $8.95 million and then promptly brought in sand to create a private beach. Also set on the 1/2-acre lot is a boat dock, a guesthouse, and a saltwater swimming pool.
The musician sold the home to its current owner, Stephen Muss, for $14.5 million back in 2005. Muss is a renowned realtor best known for his work in redeveloping Miami’s Fontainebleau Hotel in the 1970s.
