“She’s All That” and “Josie and the Pussycats” star Rachael Leigh Cook and her husband, actor Daniel Gillies, have listed their Los Angeles home for $3.295 million.

The 1936-built brick Colonial-style home called Vila das Flores was designed by famed Hollywood architect Paul Williams and sits on a .23-acre, wrought-iron gated lot just above iconic Sunset Boulevard.

Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms fit into the two-story, 3,050-square-foot main house, and the property also holds a guesthouse with two bedrooms situated around a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.

Outside there is a terrace with a built-in barbecue, a large spa with azure ceramic tiles, and a raised fireplace that is boxed in by a moderately sized, manicured backyard.

Cook also owns a small 1,436-square-foot Redondo Beach, California, home, but it is unlikely the Hollywood couple will move into that residence after having their second child a little over a year ago.
