Free agent and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel is making moves outside the football field. Amidst legal issues, the 23-year-old quarterback is trying to unload his Avon, Ohio, home for $490,000.

Manziel’s golf-course Colonial near Cleveland holds three bedrooms and three bathrooms. With fairway views and a bevy of upgrades, the home is certainly befit of a pro player. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, a patio with a fireplace and grill, and a first-floor master suite.

Records show that a trust connected to the former Cleveland Browns player purchased the property for $438,400.

Unfortunately for Manziel, who happens to be the first freshman to ever win the Heisman Trophy, the past year has been filled with court appearances regarding domestic abuse charges. The 2014 first-round pick has also struggled with lackluster performance, injuries, and even a trip to rehab.

Hopefully things will start looking up for Johnny Football with better plays and a lucrative home sale.
